Hello! My name is Paulina Lambaskis, and I'm a certified holistic health coach, hair stylist and makeup artist from NYC. My journey to health and wellness began about 6 years ago when I first went vegetarian. Being the only vegetarian in my family I had to figure out how to do it the right way which of course I didn't. I then went full vegan in 2009. Things weren't always peaches and cream, I went through a period of depression, anxiety, body image disorder and an unhealthy relationship. I wasn't myself for a long time, til finally I couldn't deal anymore. I ended the relationship and began to focus more on healthy living and healthy food choices. My interest in healthy living started years ago, I just never knew how to go about it. I knew I had a passion for it, so I did some research and found the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I graduated March 1st 2013 and am currently enrolled in eCornell's Plant Based Nutrition Certification program. You can't force anyone to go vegan, you can only educate and help people make better choices in their lives, and that is my number one goal.
